Important note about our current phase: Hintflow is currently in early testing with a limited number of users. As we continue to develop and refine our product, these Terms may be updated. We will notify you of any material changes.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
1. Account Registration and Eligibility

What Hintflow Does
Hintflow is an AI-powered decision layer that processes business documents (such as CSVs, PDFs, and XLS files) and generates:
- Executive summaries
- Pattern analysis
- Risk identification
- Suggested actions
Early Testing Phase
The Services are currently in early testing. During this phase:
- Features may change or be added without notice
- Service availability may vary
- We may request feedback on your experience
- Some features may be experimental or incomplete
No Professional Advice
The Services provide analysis and insights based on your data, but do not constitute:
- Financial advice
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Investment advice
- Professional consulting services
You should consult with appropriate professionals before making business decisions based on our analysis.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access to the Services
- Error-free operation

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Enforcement

- Suspending or terminating your account
- Removing prohibited content
- Reporting violations to law enforcement
- Taking legal action
4. Your Content and Data
Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the documents and data you upload to Hintflow ("Your Content"). You do not transfer ownership of Your Content to us.
License to Process
By uploading Your Content, you grant Hintflow a limited license to:
- Store and process your documents
- Analyze your documents using AI and machine learning
- Generate summaries, patterns, risks, and actions
- Display results to you and authorized team members
- Improve our Services (see below)
This license exists only to provide the Services to you and terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.
Improving Our Services
During our testing phase, we may use aggregated, anonymized insights from document processing to improve our algorithms and models. We do not use your specific identifiable business information for training without your explicit consent. If you wish to opt out, contact us at team@hintflow.io.
Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to upload Your Content
- Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- Your Content does not contain confidential information you're unauthorized to share
- You have obtained necessary consents to upload personal data
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect Your Content. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we protect your data.
5. Our Intellectual Property
Hintflow IP
The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding Your Content), are owned by Hintflow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the Services
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks without written permission
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.
6. Cancellation and Termination
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at team@hintflow.io.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access until the end of the paid period
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods
- You may download your data before cancellation
Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to pay fees when due
- Your use poses a security risk
- Required by law
- We discontinue the Services (with reasonable notice)
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services immediately ceases
- We may delete Your Content after 90 days
- Provisions that should survive termination (like IP rights and liability limitations) will continue
Data After Termination
You should download your data before termination. After 90 days, we may permanently delete Your Content from our systems.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of results
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that:
- Our analysis will be accurate or complete
- You will achieve any particular outcome
- The Services will meet your specific requirements
- All errors will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HINTFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Business interruption or loss of goodwill
- Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.
Basis of Bargain
These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between us and are fundamental elements of the agreement. The Services would not be provided without these limitations.
Jurisdictional Variations
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hintflow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws
9. Modifications to Services and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Terms Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date
- We will notify you via email or through the Services for material changes
- Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Services

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hintflow regarding the Services.
Headings

Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP rights, disclaimers, and liability limitations) will survive.
